I need an open statement for a defendant that should Tell the jury the facts that Plaintiff will not be able to prove and therefore fall short on their claim. You can also tell the jury the facts that the defense will prove in their case-in-chief that will again show why Plaintiff will lose.

Conclude strong by stating the reasons why the jury will find in favor of client.

In this case my client the defendant is being brought to court for wrongfully terminating an employee without the arbitration process.
