i need an webpage for using html and java script with the functions shown in pic

there will be 2 tables with predefined data on the left named column and unique data. when the user selects the value from column and unique data table and clicks the right arrow button , then the data has to be added to right side under column and data tables. when the user selects the values from right side tables and click the left arrow the values in the right side tables must me cleared and they need to be moved to left side tables. please let me know if you need more info.
