Question 1 One Friday night, Todd, a successful investment adviser decided to take advantage of what he called "2 for 1" movie night at Cinemas Multiplex Inc. ("Cinemas"). After paying for and watching the early movie in Cinema 1, Todd went to the washroom. Then, after waiting 10 minutes, he entered Cinema 2. Since the movie was about to start there was no attendant and Todd wasn't required to show a ticket. As Todd was making his way along the unlit row of seats, he stepped in a puddle of spilled pop, slipped and fell, hitting his tailbone on the unpadded metal seat arm. Todd sat through the movie in great discomfort. As soon as it finished, he complained to the manager.
