You first need to conduct project authorisation activities; and get stakeholders' input to define the project scope.

1. Develop the procedures relating to project authorisations.
2. Developthe project delegations and authorities in project governance arrangements - and include an outline of the roles and responsibilities of the project manager in relation to project planning.
3. Draftan email seeking approval for the project authorisation (developed in Part 1 Task 1 (a) and Part 1 Task 1 (b)).
