  • TeamCommitment - evidenced in the ability to work in a cooperative manner with all members of the healthcare team; demonstrated by a responsiveness to the needs of others; an ability to create a positive working environment; willingness to provide support and encouragement to coworkers and provide constructive feedback or suggestions for improvement when warranted. **EP ratings = Continual contributions to the department and health system through participation and support of others. Viewed as a role model.
  • Communication - Communicates honestly and respectfully ideas, information and viewpoints both verbally and in writing and encourages others to do the same.   • License,Certitification,AnnualTrainings,andDepartmentSpecificCompetencies - Ensures position required license(s) and certification(s) are renewed before expiration and loaded into healthsteam. Completes the annual trainings in HealthStream and department specific competencies in a timely manner. Completes annual Employee Health requirements timely (PPD, Vaccination Compliance, Respiratory Fit Testing.) **DO Rating = Failing to renew required Certification(s) and/or Licensure before the expiration date.
  • Safety - is with a sense of urgency on the importance of patient and employee safety. Responds to others in a timely and compassionate manner to ensure satisfaction, comfort and quality care. Observes safety protocols, reports unsafe conditions in the STAR system.
