Our Mission is for our customers to empower us to push the boundaries of gaming so that we can deliver a gaming experience like never before. Our number one priority is the safety of our gamers. This will be accomplished with a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and negative online presence. In addition, we will also want our customers to join our online community which can be join by following on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram websites. We encourage our customers to join us in our online community so we can here feedback and see how we can improve and better serve our gamers.

What key resources do our value propositions require?

Having key resources in our business model was important to us because it is only through them that Pregame Lobby has generated a value propositions generate and revenue. Our value proposition is to deliver quality service and quantity of gaming consoles to our customers. To execute this we required the following assets financial, physical, and human. For the financial side Our main financial sources will come from our personal accounts of the founders. We also plan to have a few angel investors. For the physical side, we will have fixed assets for example building and equipment, Having the latest games, hosting tournament, and more. For the human side, Our goals are to build a strong loyal customer base with customers who want to make our gaming lounge an escape from their daily lives into our gaming world community. To do this we will need to have employees who are able to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers. They will be trained in being tech savvy so our customers won't have any issues while gaming. Our employees will also have good knowledge of gaming consoles to answer any questions and meet customers expectations.
