Leander was the talented lead singer for his musical group, Leander and the Debit Ledgers. Chapman entered into a contract with Leander which provided that on October 1, 2020 Leander would perform at the Musco Center at Chapman. However, Grace convinced Leander to breach his contract with Chapman and to instead perform on October 1, 2020 at Grace's 16th birthday party at the PIKE fraternity house (\"House\"). Anyhow, on October 1, 2020 Leander breached his contract with Chapman by performing at Grace's birthday party and not at the Musco Center. During Grace's birthday party celebration someone spilled beer at the entrance to the House, and the beer remained in a puddle for more than 24 hours. So it was that the next morning Wesley was walking toward the House entrance and not looking where he was going as he texted on his cell phone. Not surprisingly, Wesley stepped into the puddle of beer which caused him to fall to the ground. While on the ground Wesley dipped his nger into the puddle of beer, then put his finger in his mouth and said, \"Ah, Dos Equis, a ne beer...and a great beverage choice for any Greek function." Wesley was injured as a result of his fall, received medical care because of his injuries, and thereby incurred medical bills which he personally paid. Later that week Leander was negotiating with the Staples Center (\"Center\") for the Center to possibly contract with Leander to have Leander perform at the Center for a $10,000 fee. But while Leander was negotiating with the Center Dayna told administrators at the Center that Leander was a convicted felon, a false statement of fact. But because of what Dayna told the Center administrators the Center broke off negotiations with Leander, and the Center never contracted with Leander to have Leander perform at the Center. A. What torts, if any has Professor B committed? Discuss. B. Other than a lawsuit for defamation does Leander have any tort claims he could pursue against Dayna? Discuss and explain. C. Does Wesley have all of the elements of a negligence claim against PIKE {who owned and operated the House) for Wesley's injuries? Discuss each element. D. If Wesley establishes that the House was negligent did Wesley's own actions possibly impact the damages Wesley would receive from the House? If so, discuss
