However, Grace convinced Leander to breach his contract with Chapman and to instead perform on October 1, 2020 at Grace's 16th birthday party at the PIKE fraternity house (\"House\"). Anyhow, on October 1, 2020 Leander breached his contract with Chapman by performing at Grace's birthday party and not at the Musco Center. During Grace's birthday party celebration someone spilled beer at the entrance to the House, and the beer remained in a puddle for more than 24 hours. So it was that the next morning Wesley was walking toward the House entrance and not looking where he was going as he texted on his cell phone. Not surprisingly, Wesley stepped into the puddle of beer which caused him to fall to the ground.
