I have attached the APA template you will use to complete your paper. Read the APA template, it contains information that is beneficial to APA style formatting. Also, I have attached the 'Journal Article' - Human resources information systems in Texas city governments: Scope and perception of its effectiveness, for your reading. For your semester project, read the journal article 'Human Resources Information System in Texas City Governments: Scope and Perception of its Effectiveness' and analyze the article. Study and determine the nature and relationship of the parts of the article in your analysis. Describe the effectiveness of a human resources information system (HRIS) by including six components: 1) the relevancy of data-driven knowledge management; 2) HRIS as a source for data collection; 3) HRIS as a service tool; 4) use of data to explain and support business decisions to employees and leaders; 5) the use of HRIS initiatives for process improvement; and 6) HRIS as a resource for administrative processes.
