I need help converting the three constraints below into inequalities for an assignment, I'm pretty confident on constraint 2 and 3; but constraint 1 I am confused by the 10 units. Please help.

Constraint 1: X1 and X2 combined cannot exceed X3 by more than 10 units.

Constraint 2: X1, X2 and 4 times X3 have to be no more than 20.

Constraint 3: X1 has to be no more than half of X2.
