I need help creating a Risk Assessment including a Probability impact Matrix chart for Taylor's Birthday Party. The planning and the times for everything is fine, these two things do not need to be included in the risk assessment.

Here is the party description:

Your significant other (Taylor's) birthday is coming up. Taylor recently won Powerball jackpot and this year wants to celebrate it in a big way since money is not a constraint. Taylor wants to celebrate it in Denali, Alaska and plans to invite all the relatives and friends to this grand birthday party. Taylor will pay for all the expenses including airfare, taxi, hotel etc. Everyone will stay at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Taylor has selected Ariana Travel agency to make all the arrangements to manage hotel, flight, and taxi arrangements for the guests. Since you have formal training in project management, Taylor has picked you to assume the role of the project manager. Taylor will provide you with the list of invitees and their addresses and phone numbers. You will choose the invitation card design, get it approved by Taylor, get it printed, and then mail the invitation cards to the invitees and in the card you will provide information about the travel agency to the invitees. The invitees are expected to mail in the RSVPs along with their food preference (vegetarian, chicken, or sea food). The invitees then can call the travel agency directly and provide information for flight, hotel (what kind room they want and dates), and taxi arrangements. You will also make arrangements for dinner during the 3 day hotel stay. You will select a local caterer, pick a menu, get it approved by Taylor, and place order with the caterer who will cater the dinner during the 3 day hotel stay. During dinner drinks will be served, so you have to make arrangements for that too. Dinner will be hosted in the banquet room at the hotel and this room has to be booked in advance and paid for. During the stay, all the guests will be taken on a 1 day cruise to Prince Williams Sound. You have to make arrangements for this cruise. 1 day will be spent hiking the Denali National Park. The project includes making arrangements for it. And on the 3rd day, all guests will have the opportunity to go on a bus tour. You have to make arrangement for this too. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel. During the hike and the bus tour, boxed lunch will be provided to all the guests. Remember that in the plan you will have some tasks related to for example, dinner, and then there will be tasks representing serving dinner also.
