I need help developing the code.

All questions require an ER diagram in proper notation identifying all properties of the relationship.

ER diagrams must be complete in all respects including all cardinality constraints and other specific nature of relationships such as superclass/subclass.

All questions require specification of tables and associated attributes.

The entire diagram must be on Microsoft Word (including all diagrams) and the final report submitted as a word document.

A physician can practice at many locations. Each location is covered by many physicians, usually his friends. A physician must have at least one location. At times a location may not have a physician as these facilities are used to just collect patient samples through an attendant nurse practitioner. Draw the relationship between just the physician and the practice location.

In Libertyville, there is law that stipulates citizen families cannot have more than one pet although they are NOT required to have a pet. Traveling employees in an office are assigned cars. Some cars are assigned to 50 employees which is the maximum number that can use that car. An employee can be assigned to a maximum of 10 cars. All employees must be assigned to a car and a car must be assigned to an employee. Cars have registration number, make, model, year purchased and purchase price. Employees have employee number and other normal employee attributes.

Courses have prerequisites. Courses need not have prerequisites. One course can have many prerequisites. Many courses may have the same prerequisite.
