I need help doing paper. I need make a paper about a personal ethical dilemma faced by someone in a workplace or by a friend or family member. My instructor gave me some information on what he is looking for my paper. It is quoted below. Please give a ethical dilemma I can write a paper about.

"It is expected that each student will research a real-life ethical issue faced by a business in the last twenty years, and report as to how the company responded to such issue. Your topic needs to relate to a personal ethical dilemma faced by you in a workplace or by a friend or family member, NOT one of the cases listed above. You will be expected to include information relating to any ethical codes which were in existence at the time of the issue and any ethical codes or policies which were adopted as a result of the issue. You will need to adequately explain the issue and include all necessary information required to inform the audience of your project. If you are unable to use a personal ethical dilemma, relating to you are a friend or family member then you are encouraged but not required to contact a local businesses or business leader and interview them."
