"Case analysis three needs to be related to chapters six, seven, or eight. Be sure to follow the case analysis guidelines. A case analysis rubric and checklist have been provided in an Announcement. You must have, at a minimum, two sources. One of which is the assigned chapter in the Hamilton and Nilsson text and the second is a current (within three months) article associated with your problem. More than two sources are not recommended.

Submit your case analysis as a Word document (.doc) only, DO NOT submit Portable Document Files (.pdf)."

Chapter 6 is Aviation Insurance, Chapter 7 is Exculpatory Contracts and chapter 8 is Airline Liability.
