I need help for these 4 paragraphs:

Revise the following paragraphs to correct any inappropriate use of legal jargon, expressions, and/or contractions.

1. The paralegal advised her client that she did not have a cause of action in order to successfully pursue her claim in a court of law. An analysis of case law revealed that the elements of negligence were not present.

2. The court order requires that the defendant pay the plaintiff $5,322.00 forthwith. At the end of the day, if the defendant does not pay forthwith, he will be in breach of a court order.

3. I wanna schedule you in for another meeting to chat about your upcoming settle-ment conference. It'd be great if you could call my office to book a time that works for you. I'm also attaching herewith a copy of your latest invoice. I'll grab you a receipt once you've paid.

4. I've requested on three different occasions now that your client provide the requi-site disclosure. To date, I've received nil from you. If I don't receive the disclosure from you by November 15, 2017, I will bring a motion before the Court on the grounds that your client is in breach of the Rules of the Small Claims Court.
