I need help in developing a checklist for each phase of the project for a Project manager to follow who works on the client side. For example, do we need to engage the safety team etc. Simple yes no Checklist.

What needs to be included for this project manager to ensure that he/she is completing each step?

2. Planning Phase

3. Execution Phase

4. Close out phase
