I need help in how to organize the essay. I don't know where to begin. Can u outline with information on how it should be organized and what I can say? the essay question is - you work for the Ministry of Justice and have been asked to provide an official report that provides an international overview of a wide range of different prosecution and sentencing practices found around the world today. Please provide an in-depth descriptive review that covers a breadth of different illustrative examples of various practices found around the world (i.e. pre-trial detention, prosecution, criminal trials, sentencing, alternatives to incarceration, incarceration, fines, and youth justice practices) to present the Ministry with a thorough report of some of the alternatives that are available for them to consider. 

Please discuss which practices you feel have merit and could perhaps provide some lessons that Canada can draw on if they embark on significant reforms. Please also discuss some of the practices or policies that you feel provide lessons about what Canada should avoid in the case of future reforms.
