I need help knowing how to sales budget. Lets say the year ended is December 31st 2019. But I'm given the first 3 months are recent starting in July, august, sept... how do I enter that in a sales budget if the rest are forecasted until march. Because they then say end of September is 1100 units in inventory. Just confused how to start or what to do with the information. I don't need answers just direction
