I need help responding to my peers. The information below is from my peers.

Human resources management is becoming more strategic because of the evolving business and being experts on different programs. As an HR, you have to solve issues within the company and be able to be an expert on policies, safety of employees, health of the company and employees, orientations, recruiting, resignations, terminations, and more. Strategic planning in HR means learning and making plans of what the company will need in the future with regards to positions, payroll, and everything in between. Human resources has to work closely with other leadership to plan what is needed in order to keep up in an evolving world. For example, during COVID, human resources had to plan on sending workers at home and having them work from home. New policies and guidance had to be put in place in order to avoid issues and problems that may happen. Strategic integration of human resources with other departments can enhance its resilience and could help the company adaptability whenever there is an issue (Mitsakis, 2023). Having a seat in the table of strategic planning allows HR avoid issues, achieve goals, address problems as they come in, promote productivity and success of the company, provide strategic focus to training, and give the tools needed to succeed at work and in life.
