I need help responding to my peers. The information below is from my peers. An organizational-level goal that a business can strategically adopt is productivity. The three strategies that HRM can use are Training and developing needs, improving benefits and compensation, and improving employee relations. When it comes to training and developing needs, I would focus on what they need to help them become more productive. I use the improvement of benefits and compensation I will focus on pay and time off. Employee relations will be worked as well for new ideas and taking a closer look at people's needs. HRM should get more productivity out of its team and support its goal
