"This cyclical process serves as a framework for evaluating, developing, and motivating employees, ensuring that individual contributions align with organizational goals" (Times, 2023) This process is to ensure that step are being taken to meet future goals and identify a need to improve force. It also put into place to help employee know what is expected and how they could prepare themselves to be better. The four steps to performance management cycle is Planning, Monitoring and coaching, Review and Reward. This will strengthen the organization in the long and keep everything operation.
