The College could argue that they shouldn't have been a thing to begin with and it is against their contract to be dating each other.Also, how Sally never reported that she was being threatened or sexually harassed by Jimmy.If this had been brought up the College could have taken action.

As you noted, the school can argue that the relationship was against the school's policies and that the school didn't know anything about the relationship. Let's assume that Sally's claims against the school fail, could she sue Jimmy for posting her photos on the internet? Professor Barney
