When selecting which Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, I used a cognitive decision-making approach. First, I identified the need to further my education. Next, I gathered information on the different types of educational options. Then, I evaluated various alternatives by speaking with other nurses, online research, and by speaking with staff at various institutions. Finally, I selected a program and continued my educational journey.
