Furthermore, the organization's reputation, students' success, and general wellness depend on student retention and graduation rates, which are attainable. To effectively address the challenges associated with enhancing student retention rates at the organization, some steps must be taken, and a suitable strategy must be developed. The organization can begin by prioritizing faculty development through structured training programs focused on student-centered pedagogies and effective communication strategies. While doing this, it should simultaneously allocate resources and funding to develop and enhance support services. Engaging stakeholders in policy revision efforts, mainly regarding financial aid, can ensure equity and accessibility for all students. Implementing flexible course scheduling options and improving communication of college resources will further enhance student engagement and retention. This requires collaboration among faculty, staff, administrators, and students (Rahimi & Liston, 2023). Emphasizing the importance of collaboration in sustaining these efforts and fostering a culture of shared responsibility is paramount. This approach not only acknowledges the collective nature of the task but also encourages active participation. Additionally, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of interventions over time will enable the organization to improve continuously.
