I need help with a financial calculator. (BA II plus)

How long will it take for $400 to grow to $1000 at 4%?

a.Enter PV = 400, FV = 1000, PMT = 0,i= 4; then computen.

The financial calculator generates an answer of 23.36 years (which some financial calculators will round up to 24 years).

This shows the steps, however I get stuck at the following (BA II Plus)

2nd PV -400

2nd FV 1000

2nd PMT 0

(Prompted with END)

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. If someone could list the steps properly that would be a huge help
