I need help with a paper.....here is the scenario:

You and your business partner own a small start up company.Your company creates apps for phones. You have several clients but your largest client is the leading provider of cell phones in the United States (and the world).Last year you were able to sell eight apps to that client - which made your company comfortably profitable.It is time to renew the contract.Note, though, that competition is especially strong this year the working relationship with this company has had several issues in the last four months.And, they have warned that they may stop utilizing you and just work with other firms.You are afraid of the loss of income if they stop using you.And, perhaps worse, a potential loss of reputation.

Here is what needs to be included:

Outline in your paper all of the important topics (terms) that you think need to be included in the contract - and why each of them is important enough to be included

Reflection section:also discuss what portion of this process was the easiest and what was the most challenging
