I need help with creating a Financial Condition Analysis

This project will require you to conduct an analysis of the financial condition of a local government or a nonprofit organization

The report should include the following elements.

Introductory Section

In this section you should introduce the organization you are investigating. You should provide information about the date of incorporation and the form of government. You should discuss the political, demographical, organizational and economic context of the organization.

Analytical Section

This section should provide detailed assessment of CAFR and other information. You should use 10-point test method and/or other indicators discussed in the class to evaluate the financial condition of the government or nonprofit organization. Ideally you may prepare information across multiple years.
