Bob visits Cindy one day and they joke about how cheap Bob is and how greedy Cindy is. They then proceed to sit down, pull out cucumber sandwiches and a bottle of wine and start eating, drinking and discussing the loft. They write on a napkin that Cindy will sell the loft to Bob for $500,000, the deal to be closed in 30 days after title work and an inspection have been completed. Bob and Cindy both sign the napkin.
