I need help with my homework which is a case study in my own your words what specific symptoms does Jen exhibit that might be abnormal?

What diagnostic label(s) might explain this collection of signs & symptoms?

Jane is a 26-year-old single mother of 2 young boys, ages 3 and 6. For several years she was in a relationship with a much older, physically abusive alcoholic man, but with the help from a women's shelter, she was able to leave him about 2 years ago. He is the father of her children, but she has had no contact (or child support) with him since the separation, except for a short period where he stalked her. Jane is now living with Bob who loves her very much and does everything for her, even driving her everywhere she needs to go. He insists on going everywhere she goes, even spending time hanging-out at Taco Bell when she is working there. Bob is especially attentive at helping Jane see where she could look better by wearing different clothes or make-up. Between family, work, and Bob, Jane has little time for friends and has lost contact with most of them.

Luke and Mathew, her sons, are very energetic, and constantly jumping on the couch, running from room to room, or just being into something they shouldn't be into. They spend a lot of time with Jane's mother Margaret, especially when Jane is working. Jane is not particularly happy about this situation because her mother is constantly telling her how to run her life and discipline her children, but she feels like she has no other options. She does say that her mother is good with the kids, and gets them to behave by making them see how bad they are. Margaret doesn't put up with any stuff and gets really angry when the boys miss-behave. They know she means business. Jane is just the opposite of her mom and never gets angry.

Jane has recently gone to the doctor because of her nerves. She can't seem to sleep at night, is always worrying about things, and feels fidgety most of the time. This actually started about 2 years ago when she left her old boyfriend and met Bob. On top of that, she is hungry all the time and has been gaining weight for a long time. She was hoping the doctor could give her some "nerve pills" and make her feel better. The doctor took some blood and did some tests, but found everything normal, especially her thyroid which he had suspected of being out of whack.

Jane is secretly concerned that she might have Alzheimer's, because her memory is really bad, and she can't seem to concentrate. She is actually happy that Bob makes all her decisions for her, cause Lord knows she can't seem to decide since her brain doesn't seem to be working as it should. Her father died of early-onset Alzheimer's when she was a kid.
