Suppose you sit on a chair in a shopping mall and observepeople's habits as they sneeze.

(a) What is the probability that among 16 randomly observed individuals exactly 8 do not cover their mouth whensneezing?

I got 0.0277, which is correct.

(b) What is the probability that among 16 randomly observed individuals fewer than 5 do not cover their mouth whensneezing?

I got 0.5685, which is correct

(c) Would you be surprisedif, after observing 16, fewer than half covered their mouth whensneezing? Why?

I don't know how to set up part C. Please help!
