Moira Rose, an actress and former daytime soap opera star, left the following bequests in her will dated 11th April 2008: a) The most fabulous of my handbags to my dear friend, Jocelyn Schitt. The rest to Twyla Sands. b) My country residence 'Rosemoor' to my beloved Johnny to hold on trust for my favourite aspiring actors from the home counties. c) 500,000 to Johnny in the sincerest hope and most adamant wish that he use it to benefit our children, David and Alexis Rose. d) A substantial part of my shareholding in 'Rose Video Ltd.' to be held on trust for my dear friend Ronnie Lee. e) The residue of my estate to my dear husband, Johnny Rose. Having been hospitalised after collapsing on stage, Moira received news that she had merely hours to live. Moira called her son, David, to her bedside and declared "It was a terrible mistake to leave the manor house at Rosemoor to my fellow actors, I want you to have it. Here is the key to a safety despot box containing the deeds." Moira then called her daughter, Alexis, to her bedside, saying "Darling Alexis, you've always had impeccable taste; if what the doctors say is true I'm not long for this world. If I die I want you to have all the contents of the manor at Rosemoor. I don't have a key but I gave you a key last summer. If you can't find it David and your Father also have keys, as does Stevie, the grounds keeper." Moira sadly passed away moments later. i) Please advise as to the validity of the dispositions made in Moira's will. ii) Please advise David as to his entitlement to the Rosemoor manor house. iii) Please advise Alexis as to her entitlement to the contents of the Rosemoor manor house.
