I need help with the formula in cell G3, I have two different workbooks and I am trying to add a formula that adds the units that are being delivered next to the units that are in the store by label, size and color.

I did a concatenate formula on column A that combines label, size and color and use this as my lookup value on both reports. There are two delivery dates. I used a formula that looks up the value and returns the units that are coming in the future for both delivery dates next to what is in store.

My problem is that there are multiple order #s for the same style, color size. For example the lookup highlighted in yellow that is in store 45356sred is on report #2 and is under two different orders, when I use the current formula the vlook up only returns the first match it finds which is delivery 7/10 ( 78 units) and 8/10 (56 units) for a total of 134 units. However I need formula thay also includes the units in row 34. The total units should be 286 units.

What formula can I use for this problem? Is theres a formula that can look up the value and if it comes up multiple times, it adds the results? image text in transcribed
