I need help with this data sheet!!! Statistics and probability question....

I found the average. I found P=0.6, but can't get past that. I think q is just p=1-0.6 so q=0.4??

I apologize its a lot. Grateful for any help and explanation that can be provided. I've been following the excel directions I have for this but seriously can't seem to get the functions to work correctly to find the other probabilities for the prompt below.
