I need help with this question:

Do a Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Register for your project! You should have identified the most obvious stakeholders in your Project Charter. Now it is time to explore stakeholders in more detail and expand your list of stakeholders beyond those you initially thought of for your charter.

Use any ONE of the tools to analyze how you need to think about your stakeholders/stakeholder groups. You could use the Power-influence grid, or one of the other tools presented in the material ( or feel free to do your own research!). Decide which one will give you the best insight into what to expect if you end up executing your project. If you don't know names of specific stakeholders, you may identify them by roles ( like "business owner") or develop stakeholder "personas" and use fictional names. Create a Stakeholder Register. THINK about what information you need to provide for YOUR project. They will not all need every column you see in the examples/templates in the material provided to you. Focus on the information you need. In this assignment, the depth of thought rubric will relate to how complete you are in identifying ALL of the stakeholders and in how well you have thought through your stakeholder analysis. Remember, it is your thought processes I'm interested in, not a "right" answer or a template with all the blanks filled in whether they make sense or not!

Tools and techniques will relate to how you set up and organize your Stakeholder Register. It should include everything needed for a useful analysis, and be visually ready to be presented to an "executive" audience. This will also include how well you have chosen and presented the tool ( item 1) used for analyzing key stakeholders.

You may present your results in a spreadsheet and/or powerpoint. Just remember to make your work look professional and ready to be reviewed by your potential sponsor
