*I need help with this question*
You started a summer job at a small landscaping company. You were told that you would get minimum wage and that you would work 40 hours per week.
You end up working ten hour days, five days per week.
You get your first cheque, which your boss writes out after doing some quick math on an envelope. He calculates the minimum wage of $13.85 per hour times 80 for the two weeks, then deducts $200 for a piece of equipment that you broke that needed repairing. You point out that you actually worked ten-hour days but he says that a lot of the time is in the truck and he doesn't pay you when you are just sitting in the truck.
In a composition of one to three paragraphs, explain to your boss why this arrangement is not legally acceptable. Be as specific as possible, providing details to your boss about his legal obligations to you regarding paydays, payroll records, and deductions.
*Please make paragraphs 3 , and I will just be using it as an example.
