I need ideas for brainstorming. what are some of the things I can include in my answer to form a term sheet that would eventually led to a contract formation if my needs are as follows: My potential business partner has more experience in life and career(both are in the same field) than me, I have a a degree in my field and the other doesn't, I have more capital to invest in than the other person but our contributions wouldn't be enough to finance the business so I have found out third parties that could help, Also before starting any business venture, I would like to do research. Im not married but my business partner is. Also, we need to hire employees.

If these are my conditions, what are some things I can include in my contract as terms pertaining to my conditions. (as part of the contract before starting the business)
