I need it in urgent!

I want you to write a letter asking financial assistance from "Community Foundation" to be able to pay my rent for two months so that I will be able to stand on my feet again. This community foundation is generous in giving as long as the letter is in good writing. Here is my problem. "Recently, I have a baby in Dec 17, 17. On Dec 21,17, I have my hernia surgery and due to that I have been out of the work for a couple of weeks. I have no other income. So far, I have not receive short-term disability pay." So, please write it the best for me so that I may be able to get an assistance from the foundation. Thanks alot for your help!
