I need my example for the recommendation report to be similar to this example. Team #1 has established criteria that will determine how much of an impact each part of the research will have on what actions we recommend ISU to take. The criteria include faculty dissatisfaction, effort of tenure, and effect on students. We have weighed our criteria by percentages. Faculty dissatisfaction: 40%, effect of tenure: 20% and Effect on students 40%. We will evaluate how ISU is doing with each of the criterion and give a rating of good, neutral, or bad for each criterion. We will focus on recommendations on the criterion that are rated bad, as those ar the areas which are in most need of improvement. We will also provide some suggestions on how to improve areas that are given a neutral rating
