I need one or two pages pitch letter about a proposal. (I have no idea about the proposal, please come up with a practical proposal that based on our daily life)

For pitch letter, the first paragraph should include the introduction of yourself ( I am a college student) and why you writing this proposal, in other words, what's benefit of the proposal.

The second paragraph should inculde the cost of the proposal (how much to make it)

The third paragraph should include the time like how long when the proposal takes.

In addition, please add one picture that about the proposal after the pitch letter.
