Current alternatives:

The competitors of our business are Asian Food Stores, Asian Restaurants, and Similar individual businesses. In Vancouver - Portland area we have about 392 quick-service eateries and 135 full-service sit-ins. These places also offer Asian cultural dishes. However, they are much more pricy and the portions are much smaller. But us company have specific cultyre that we try show to our costumers.

Our advantages:

The biggest advantage of our business is the individual approach to our customers while our competitors can only offer a standardized approach towards their customers. Our products are better quality and fresher because we cook meals for every customer individually. Also, we sell our products cheaper than our competitors, and that allows our customers to save their money on their meals. Another advantage which our customers get is that their meals are personalized and they can pick sizes of their portions while the store or restaurant would just have the standard portion size. We also do special orders which are not available in stores and restaurants.
