Whilst studying this subject (PMO201), you completed a group assignment that required you to provide evidence of participation enabling progress to be audited and then produced a final report. The following two groups of questions will guide you through a critique and evaluation of your performance. The questions will be marked on your ability to isolate and identify what you did well or could have done better (measured against your group contract - your baseline). Answers should be accurate, brief and written using PRINCE2 terms and language when convenient. Group 1: Questions on identifying performance. (4 marks) Note each part of question 1 is only worth 1/2 a mark each. Answer should be short. If you do not have access to a student group contract, provide your best (most accurate) estimate. 1. (Quality)-What mark did your group seek to achieve in Assignment 2.3 as specified in your (2.1) Student Group Contract? 2. (Quality) - What mark did your group achieve? 3. (Time Management) - How often did you submit your contribution from week 611 that was used in or contributed to the productive development of the final report? 3.1. % of 5 weeks submitted on time: 3.2.
