Maryam (45 years old), the owner of the establishment, offered to sell him a second-hand BMW car imported from Germany for 40'000 AED (which is ti normal price for such a car) with an extended warranty for 1'700 AED from the dealership and free registration fees. Haza needs to think about the offer and goes back home. On 15 December, Haza calls Maryam by telephone informing her that he agrees to buy the BMW car he tested on 5 December for 40'000 AED with the extended warranty. Maryam registers the car for him and pay the registration fees of 1'600 AED. 3. For the scenario hypothesized in Part 1, classify the contract by answering the following questions.
