This Case Assignment is a written description of a problem or situation. This case assignment has two parts. The first part of this assignment you bring the following case study of Marci and Jeff to life. You will need to find two people to play Marci and Jeff. Prepare, record a 10-15 minute Role Play over Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or face to face. In your video you will choose only one of the following models: The Gottman Method, Bowen Systems Theory or Imago Relationship Therapy. During this video you will: You will work with this couple to uncover the issue Ask questions that are related to your model that you choose; Develop interventions based on this model (**If you are unable to develop your intervention) discuss the intervention that might have been chosen in your paper. Post your video link in your final paper. Marci felt that she was doing everything to keep the relationship going, and that Jeff took her for granted. Jeff felt lonely and neglected, and often found himself lacking the enthusiasm to do the things. He felt Marci pestered him all the time. Marci was thirty and worked full time as a lawyer while completing her Master's in Marriage and Family therapy part-time in the evenings. Jeff is thirty-five and had completed his degree. Since graduating five years ago, he had held a variety of temporary jobs and was unemployed when the couple first scheduled an appointment with you the therapist. Although she wished Jeff would put efforts into finding a job, Marci noticed that he spent most of his day playing video games. The couple have not spent time together in over four months. Marci attempts to initiate date nights but Jeff does not have desire to go out or spend time with Marci. Marci would like to start a family but is concerned this is not the right time and that Jeff will not be the father she always thought he would be since she sees no motivation in him and is concerned to bring a child into the family.
