Responsibility is my number one top five strengths because in order for me to achieve my goals I must be responsible for my own actions and the steps I take toward reaching my goals. If I make mistakes or if things are going in the wrong direction, I take it as a challenge and I try to come up with a way to fix it and make sure that I move in the right direction. Responsibility helps me to be honest and loyal to myself and others.

Consistency enables me to view everyone with the same respect, attitude and giving everyone equal attention.Positivity will always help me with all the challenges and compliments I meet in my cause of achieving my goals positively and some as a lesson and not as a drawback. Connectedness is also very essential since it will help me create links with other people who can help me reach my goals. Lastly, achiever will help me to focus and work hard to achieve my career or personal goals.
