Prepare the taxable charges for the following situation:
a) Halim Sdn Bhd is a shipping company. In 2022, the paid-up capital share
is worth RM 10 million. During that year, the profit earn by the company is
RM1.7 million and the chargeable income is RM1.2 million.
b) Liyana Sdn Bhd just started a business in fast food industry. The paid-up
share capital is RM 1,800,000. On the first year of business, the company
earn net profit amounted RM900,000. The company also have tax relief
amounted RM 30,000.
Calculate the net salary (per month) for the following situation:
a) Ahmad is an employee that earn gross salary amounted RM85,000 per
year. He already served the company for 10 years, and this year, he is 50
years old.
b) Aminah is an employee that earn gross salary amounted to RM3,500 per
month. In the year 2022, she is 62 years old.
c) Rahman is an employee that have been working for 38 years in the
company. He started working at the age of 23. In 2022, the gross salary
received by him is worth RM 15,000 per month.
d) Jazley is a fresh graduate employee with age of 23 years old. He just started
working for the company and the company paid RM3,800 as the salary for
him.
