1. If the members of a bargaining team change during the process of concluding a new collective agreement, is it appropriate for the team to change its bargaining positions?
2. When bargaining team members are presenting a tentative agreement to their constituencies, what do you see as their responsibilities?
3. If a bargaining team member disagrees with the rest of the team's opinion on a bargaining position, what would you recommend as appropriate actions for that team member?
