1. What is your internship company and department?

2. What is the project that you propose to do during your internship? Explain the actions YOU would take and the outcomes the company will see at the end of your internship. (If you are stuck, ask someone who works in a company similar to the one you dream of working, "What would you LOVE for an intern to take on and deal with for you?" or "What is a pesky problem you experience in your day to day at work that an intern might be able to solve?)

3. Who did you talk to figure out this is a need (recruiter from the company? someone who has interned in the company or a similar company? a friend or relative who works in the department?)
