I need to know if there's a mistake in question 5 b). The question says that if and only if the next student has a higher GPA, then it is possible to reject the current student, but in the solution I see that possibilities such as 3142 is possible. Shouldn't the sample space only consider increasing ordering and not only group of 4 since it is possible to obtain the student with the highest GPA without going through all of them?
