For this board I chose the Justice dilemma, in this situation you have multiple murders committed and multiple people on trial for the murders however all but one are definitely guilty and that one is definitely innocent. The dilemma is you have to either send them all to jail or set them all free. In this situation I think the logical choice would be to convict. Reason being because you could always overturn a guilty verdict and the innocent person can be exonerated, how ever once a person is tried and found not guilty you can not retry that person. I believe it would be completely irresponsible to allow all to walk. I personally would feel responsible if another person would be murder or hurt at the hands of one the guilty. I truly believe in this situation you have to put the safety of the community before ones moral values. Honestly I hope to never be put in the position to have to make that call because I know the process and have been through the judicial system and its hard to get out of it once you're in it, nonetheless I 110% feel that the right choice would be to convict all.
