Excellent post! It was very informative and detail oriented.

You gave some really good examples. The one example, that I thought was brilliant was when you stated high recidivism rates amongst juvenile offenders in a particular city- identifying the problem. As we know this example alone is a very complex issue within the criminal justice system, and how you broke down each element was pure genius.
