I need to say something about these post. It is my discussion
implementing lean systems is very challenging beca use it required a ge in business' philosophy and culture along with new changes in practices. As we all know lean thinking is revolving around five tenets uch as specify customer value, improve the value stream, flow the product or service, pull from customers, and strive for perfection. In order to implement lean systems successfully, management needs to have clear communication of this new implementation with all departments in the company. Lean systems rely heavily on employees taking the responsibilities to bring quality products. They will be a change in the reward system which promotes flexibility that will help increase cross functioning. It is difficult to include this new culture into a business since most business reward employees according to their seniority. Implementing lean systems also result in new processes being in place. It is difficult because many pieces of training will be conducted to ensure that ne correctly and effectively. Overall, lean systems implementation i greatly w processes are being used challenging because the whole organization needs to take part ess, but if successfully implementing, many great benefits hich result in the firm becoming very successful. as an example. The cross- training of employees is very important also, as you mentioned, because during slower times managers have the ability to "cut" workers to go home early and save on labor costs. Every restaurant has some systems in place to make the experience for each customer more njo are or any is made. yable.
